Purchase Terms of Service

Introduction
These Purchase Terms and Conditions (the “Purchase Terms”) apply to customers (hereinafter referred to as “you”) when purchasing Products through the FLYP platform operated by FLYP LTD of 131 Finsbury Pavement, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 1NT (“FLYP”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Purchase Terms, our Platform Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
Products
All Products available on our Platform are made to order. Each Product consists of a base garment (the “Blank Product”) combined with a design created by the relevant Creator (the “Design”).
While we make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colour of the Products.
Ordering and Payment
When you place an order through our Platform, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products. A binding contract between you and FLYP is formed when we confirm your order by email.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made at the time of placing your order using the payment methods available on our Platform.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, where pricing errors occur, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
Production and Delivery
As all Products are made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days. Once produced, Products are shipped via our delivery partners. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be provided at checkout.
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for any delays caused by delivery services or customs processing.
Returns and Refunds
As Products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your Product is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the description, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under consumer law.
To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@flyp.space within 14 days of receiving your order, including photographs of the issue where applicable.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided that production has not yet commenced. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@flyp.space.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled as each item is made specifically for you.
Liability
We do not exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any matter for which it would be illegal for us to limit or exclude our liability.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that order.
General Provisions and Applicable Law
If any provision of these Purchase Terms is found to be invalid for any reason, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
The laws of England and Wales will apply to these Purchase Terms and any purchases you make through our Platform. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland who may bring a claim in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland, respectively.
