Shipping & Returns

At FLYP, All products are made to order. We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to produce and ship your items. This approach helps reduce waste, lower our carbon footprint, and ensures your item is unique.

What Happens After You Order:

  • An order confirmation email is sent shortly after an order has been placed.

  • Once your item has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delivery in plain, non-branded packaging to keep the focus on your brand.

Production & delivery:

  • Cut-off time 5PM Greenwich Mean Time

  • Products are typically made within 2–5 days.

  • Shipping is global, with local fulfilment whenever possible to speed up delivery and reduce emissions.

  • Average delivery time: 1–10 working days from order.

Returns and cancelLations:

  • If an order is lost or arrives defective, we’ll order a reshipment! Contact info@flyp.space within 30 days of placing your order.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

  • Refunds take up to 10 working days to be processed.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective items. As each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason. The customer must cover the cost of return postage.
